Classrooms:

School is having more than 60 classrooms with quality blackboards and display boards. The rooms are well ventilated and spacious. Adequate furniture for comfortable seating of students is also housed in these rooms.

Library:

The school has a well-stocked 40'x15'(600 Sq. feet) library, which covers all subjects. There are about 10000 books in library and it subscribes more than 10 magazines, 8 daily newspapers and 9 Periodicals. There is seating arrangement for 50 students at a time.

Music Room:

The school is having percussion and string instruments. The students utilize the same in music period and in various programmes. Important musical instruments available with school are: Casio, Synthesizer, Harmonium, Congo, Tabla, Dholak, Flutes, Maracos etc. Music room is fitted with 29’ inch colour TV with DVD player.

Laboratories:

The school is having four separate laboratories viz. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. Laboratories have sufficient apparatus and facilities for conducting practical work. They have sufficient space to accommodate 40 students at a time for practical work.

Computer Lab:

There are 28 computers system in the school computer lab. The children are given on hand experience and are computer savvy. The school is having round the clock Internet access and its own website.

Sports Room:

The school provides facilities for various outdoor and indoor games. The school campus is having its own playfield for kho-kho, Kabbadi, Volleyball and badminton. Special arrangements are made for long field games, athletics, Judo, Swimming with the Distt. Sports authorities to use Indra Stadium, Una. There is provision for chess, carom and other indoor games. The school participates in MHRA tournament for DAV Schools, CBSE sports competitions and sports competitions organized by State Sports authorities time to time.

Art & Craft Room:

A separate art and craft room with art & craft material is there in the school. In addition to drawing and painting students are given opportunity for creative arts.

School is accessible from all parts of the distt. through school transport.The school is plying ten buses for carrying students from interior areas of region.Out of ten, school has its own four buses and six buses are hired on contract basis to fulfill the need
